Garlic and thyme ciabatta bread grilled then drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction.

Entrees


Pork and herb steamed dumplings (GF) $15
Served on fresh rocket leaves, micro greens and pea tendrils, a sweet chilli
and tomato salsa and a soy sesame dipping sauce.

Served with toasted ciabatta bread.

Chilli and garlic prawns and calamari (GF) $18
Sautéed together with chorizo sausage, red onions and served on a cauliflower puree.
Drizzled with a citrus oil.

Pickled beetroot and feta tart (V) $15
Caramelized onions on a pastry base served with a fresh rocket and candied walnut salad.
Topped with a coriander and red pepper coulis.

 

Casual Mains

 

Angus pure Scotch fillet (GF) $33
Cooked to your liking and served with a roasted garlic and herb potato mash, sautéed green beans and a Portobello mushroom and oven roasted tomato.Topped with a sweet balsamic reduction and hollandaise sauce.

Pasta $23
Chicken strips, chorizo sausage, pumpkin, button mushrooms and red onion bound in a cream sauce and tossed with penne pasta and baby spinach. Topped with pesto, parmesan cheese and toasted ciabatta bread.

Beef and prawn salad $25
Sautéed prawns and angus pure beef strips mixed together with mesculin leaves, peppers, red onion, carrot ribbons, mung beans and crispy noodles in a soy and sesame dressing.

Chicken salad $24.5
Chicken strips, bacon, peppers, red onion, button mushrooms, ginger and cashew nuts sautéed together and served on a bed of mesculin leaves and crispy noodles. Topped with a sweet Moroccan dressing.

Bangers and mash (GF) $25
Pork and fennel sausages served on a roasted garlic and herb mash with creamed baby spinach. Finished with a sweet onion gravy.

Formal Mains

 

Angus pure Eye Fillet (GF) $38
Cooked to your liking and served on a maple roasted kumara cake with cauliflower puree, a Portobello mushroom and fresh rocket leaves. Topped with hollandaise sauce and a sweet balsamic reduction.

Chicken supreme $34
Marinated in chilli and lime and served on roasted gourmet potatoes with garlic vine tomatoes and sautéed green beans. Finished with a sesame and parmesan crisp and a coriander and red pepper coulis.

Twice cooked pork belly $36
Braised until tender then roasted. Served with a sticky sushi rice, steamed bok choy and broccolini. Topped with a honey, ginger and soy reduction, crispy shallots and pork crackle.

Lamb rump $36
Medium rare lamb rump served on a pickled beetroot, caramelized onion and feta pastry tart. Topped with a candied walnut and rocket leaf salad and finished with a sweet balsamic reduction and pesto.
